A cookout in the park doesn’t have to mean hamburgers and hot dogs. Last week we invited friends to the local park for grilled marinated tuna and shrimp. They were just about as easy to make as hot dogs, but much more impressive (We spend a lot of time finding low-effort ways to make our friends think we are amazing chefs. They are easily fooled).
This tuna was tender and juicy, with a great smoky sear on the outside. If you are a fan of fish, this is a great way to go. Continue reading
